Welcome — I’m Cath Deans.
For over 25 years, I’ve supported people to move beyond old patterns, emotional blocks and limiting beliefs so they can live with greater clarity, confidence and ease. My work blends hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and gentle methods for processing stuck emotional responses — helping you feel more centred, capable and free.
Alongside these approaches, I hold a personal belief that our inner world shapes our outer world — that our thoughts, expectations and deeper unconscious beliefs influence how life unfolds. You don’t have to share that view to work with me, but if you’re curious about the possibility that we can co-create our experience, I’m very open to exploring that with you.

- Optional conscious-creation principles — exploring how beliefs, intention and attention shape experience
There is no pressure to adopt any philosophy. Some clients prefer a purely therapeutic approach; others enjoy weaving in the deeper questions about meaning, consciousness and the creative role of the mind. We choose the style that best serves you.
